Is It Possible to Return My Order?
Yes, you can return items if you are not satisfied with them, under the following conditions:

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. -
Condition of Items
- The order must include all original parts, components, and packaging.
- Normal handling is acceptable, but breakage resulting from careless handling is excluded.
- Items requiring hygiene precautions (if applicable) must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating a return.
- If the product is found defective immediately upon receipt, please let us know as soon as possible.

- Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns.
- Aurissima reserves the right to charge shipping fees, which may be deducted from your refund if applicable.

- Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process the return within 7 business days.
- If all conditions are met, we will formally acknowledge and approve the return within this timeframe.

- We reserve the right to refuse any returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged for reasons not related to our error.

Wait for Return Instructions
- We will review your request and provide the correct return address via email.
- Do not send the return to the address listed on the original shipment label or sender’s address.

Ship the Item
- You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until the return is confirmed.
Note on Damaged or Defective Products
If the product arrives damaged or defective, please email us immediately (within the 30-day window) with a photo and description of the issue. We will advise you on the next steps for returning or replacing the item.
Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation) Policy
This policy applies to consumers who are natural persons entering into a legal transaction with Aurissima for purposes not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity.
A. Cancellation Conditions
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you—or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier—receives the last goods in your order.
Because we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after placement. We cannot interrupt or cancel the shipping process once the items have been dispatched. A refund is therefore not possible until we have received and inspected the goods you return.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Aurissima) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email). The right of withdrawal becomes effective only when we have received the goods back. All shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
Note on Shipments in Transit
As our goods are shipped from Asia, please note that there may be longer transit times beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, a cancellation is not possible until you actually receive the items. If you wish to cancel after the goods are in transit, you must wait until you have received them and then initiate a return. You may still inform us of your intended cancellation in advance, but it will not be processed until the goods have been returned.
We recommend sending us a shipping confirmation once you have returned the item(s) so that we can process your refund more quickly.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments received from you—excluding the shipping costs (as well as any additional costs arising from a delivery option other than our least expensive standard delivery)—without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal and the returned goods.
For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
Important Note
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense. We will provide the return address once you contact us regarding your return. Please do not return items to the address on the original shipping label or the sender’s address, as that may not be our correct returns warehouse.
